Thank PA policymakers for supporting your access to health care!

The Pennsylvania House and Senate worked together to pass legislation (HB 1351), which Gov. Shapiro signed into law as Act 15 of 2023, to prioritize Pennsylvanians’ access to quality health care.

Among its many components, this critical legislation helps millions of Pennsylvanians covered by Medicaid and strengthens rural hospitals, emergency medical services and skilled nursing care.
